  •     a mandolin or possibly with a sharp knife
  • 1/2 c. flat leaf parsley leaves - (1 bunch)
  • 1/2 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
