  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, liquid removed and minced
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar minced pimientos, liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 T Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
