- 2 c. sliced onion, radish slices, cucumber slices (any combination)
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil, or possibly extra virgin olive oil, or possibly combination of the two
- 2 tbsp. cider, wine or possibly tarragon vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Garnish choices: Crumbled bacon, blue cheese, carrot curls, sliced olives, croutons, French fried onions, cherry tomatoes, sliced egg, etc.
