- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Minced capers
- 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 1 sm Bunch watercress, rinsed, coarsely minced
- 1 c. Pitted ripe olives, thinly sliced
- 1 x Red bell pepper, parched, peeled, 1/2 inch squares
