- 6 Tbsp Butter
- 1.5 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large shallot or 1/2 small onion minced
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 2/3 tsp ground turmeric
