- 3 c. Peeled, cored, and diced apples
- 7 c. Soft bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. Melted butter
- 1 c. Seedless raisins parboiled, liquid removed
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/2 c. Chopped parsley
- 1 x Garlic clove chopped
- 1/2 tsp Grated mace
- 1/2 tsp Grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Grnd sage
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
