- 2 c. Oatmeal
- 1/2 lb Sunflower seeds
- 1Â 1/2 c. Whole grain bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. Honey
- 4 Tbsp. Oil
- 1Â 1/2 lb Seedless raisins, plumped and liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Minced figs
- 3/4 lb Pecans, grnd
