- 1 - 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup fat free, reduced sodium chicken stock
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 2 TBS. balsamic vinegar
- 2 TBS cornstarch dissolved in a little water
- salt and pepper, to taste
