- (1 onion, 2 carrots, 2 stalks celery, 1 head of broccali 1 green/red/orange/yellow pepper, 1 cup cremeli mushrooms
- 1/2 white wine (or water)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger (1 tsp dry ginger)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
