Arame Stuffed Mushroom Caps Recipe


  • 1 c. EDEN Arame rinsed and soaked
  • 18 lrg Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tsp EDEN Sesame Oil
  • 1 med Onion
  • 1/4 c. EDEN Mirin
  • 1 x Lemon, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp. EDEN Shoyu or possibly Tamari
  • 1 tsp Ginger juice (grate ginger and squeeze out juice)
  •     Fresh parsley, chopped
  •     Red pepper or possibly lemon slice
