Antipasto Salad Recipe


  • 2 T white wine vinegar
  • 1 T plus 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 T chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 c. cooked cheese tortellini, cooled
  • 1 med. red bell pepper cut into thin strips
  • 3 ounce provolone cheese cut into cubes
  • 2 ounce beef salami cut into strips


Prepare Dressing By Mixing Vinegar, Oil, Onions, Oregano And Red Pepper Flakes. Put Together Remaining Ingredients. Add In Dressing And Toss.
