Apricot Pie Filling Recipe


  • 1 1/2 lbs. dry apricots
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. warm tap water


Place Apricots In Large Pot Covered With Water And Cook On Medium Till Mushy. Be Sure To Keep Sufficient Water On Apricots To Keep Them From Sticking To Bottom But Not Too Wet.…
