  • 1 x Chicken stock cube
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 dsh Tabasco
  • 1 x Squeeze lemon juice
  • 1 lrg Cultivated brown mushroom, minced
  • 1 dsh Sesame oil
  • 1 dsh Honey
  • 4 x Broccoli florets, sliced
  • 1 x Duck breast, cooked (see following recipe)
