Ingredients
- 6 x Crayfish
- 12 x Prawns
- 30 x Mussels cleaned
- 6 sm Squid cleaned
- 12 slc Two kinds of hard white fish center slices
- Â Â (halibut, haddock, sea bass)
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 med Onion chopped
- 3/4 c. Canned tomatoes forced through sieve
- 4 doz Toasted hazelnuts peeled
- 3 sm Garlic cloves peeled
- 3 sprg Fresh parsley
- 10 dsh Absinthe or possibly anise flavored liqueur
- Â Â (or possibly a healthy pinch of aniseed)
- 1Â 1/2 x to 2 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 tsp Grnd white pepper or possibly more to taste
- Â Â Salt to taste
