Avocado Dip With Chilies Recipe


  • 2 lrg ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 x ripe tomato, diced
  • 1 sm sweet onion, diced
  • 1 sm can (5-ounce.) green chilies, liquid removed and diced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1 tsp salt


Mash Avocados In A Bowl. Add In Remaining Ingredients And Mix Well. Serve With Tortilla Chips. Chefs Notes: Use Fat Free Tortilla Chips.
