Antipasto Salad Recipe


  • Artichoke hearts
  • 1 can chickpeas, liquid removed
  • Minced celery
  • Black olives
  • Pimiento strips
  • 1/4 pound salami, cubed or possibly strips
  • 1/4 pound Mozzarella or possibly Swiss cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil and vinegar


Toss Together.Use Jar Of Artichoke Hearts Or Possibly Marinated Frzn Hearts In Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper, Oil And 1/2 Clove Garlic.
