Angel Biscuits Recipe


  • 5 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 T water (hot)
  • 1 c. butter or possibly shortening
  • 2 c. buttermilk or possibly regular lowfat milk
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • o freeze: Bake biscuits 6 min. Let cold, then freeze. Remove
  • from freezer and cook 6 min at 400 degrees whenever you wish to serve.
