- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 ounce Cucumber, finely minced
- 2 sm Shallots, finely minced
- 1 sm Carrot, finely minced
- 1 sm Red or possibly green chili finely minced

Mix All Ingredients In A Small Bowl, Stirring Well Till Thoroughly Mixed And Serve.
