Acar Cabe (pickled Chilies) Recipe


  • 11/2 Tbsp. White sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. White vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 21/2 Tbsp. Hot water
  • 30 x Red or possibly green bird's-eye chilies sliced


Mix Sugar, Vinegar, Salt And Water Till Sugar Dissolves. Combine With Chilies And Leave For 2-3 Hrs Before Use. Keep Refrigerated Up To 1 Week.
