Ingredients
- 11/2 Tbsp. White sugar
- 2 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 21/2 Tbsp. Hot water
- 30 x Red or possibly green bird's-eye chilies sliced
Description
Mix Sugar, Vinegar, Salt And Water Till Sugar Dissolves. Combine With Chilies And Leave For 2-3 Hrs Before Use. Keep Refrigerated Up To 1 Week.
