- 2 c. cleaned, cooked shrimp (use frzn breaded shrimp)
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or possibly crackers
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. warm, cooked rice
- 1 med. onion, minced (about 1/2 c.)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 T butter
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed chicken broth/stock
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 T steak sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce (opt.)
- 1-2 T lemon juice
