- 1 tsp Black mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 lrg Sprig fresh curry leaves or possibly 6-8 dry curry leaves

- 4 x Potatoes, diced
- 1 c. Water
- 4 lrg Tomatoes, finely minced
