  • 1 1/2 lb Leeks
  • 8 x Free Range Large eggs, Size 2
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Heaped, Cornflour
  • 1 ounce Butter
  •     pn Nutmeg
  • 2 ounce Grated Caerphilly Cheese or possibly cheddar
