Asparagus Soup Recipe


  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2/3 c. Stock (see Note)
  • 1 can (12-ounce) asparagus pcs, liquid removed
