- 1/2 c. Parsley, finely minced
- 1/2 c. Celery, finely minced
- 1 can (small) mushrooms, liquid removed
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 c. Light cream
- 2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. Sherry or possibly vermouth, dry
- 1 x Cayenne pepper
- 1 x Salt, to taste
- 1 lb White crab meat (or possibly shrimp)
