Asian Slaw Recipe


  • 1/3 c. Rice vinegar or possibly mirin (mirin is a sweet rice wine)
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Tamari soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Finely minced ginger root
  • 1/4 x -(up to)
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper (the more the merrier!)
  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 2 c. Shredded carrots
  • 2 c. Shredded cabbage (about a 2 lb. head)
