- 1 med Cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 lrg Potato, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1/4 c. Finely minced fresh coriander
- 2 x Tomatoes, thinly sliced
