- 1-1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 C white rice (not instant) sometimes 1/2 C crushed fine noodles are substituted
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/3 C flour
- 1-1/2 large lemons, cut into 6-8 wedges
