  • 10 c. water
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 c. cornstarch
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


Use Sufficient Apples To Make 7 Qts. Peel, Slice And Put In Qt Jars. In Pan, Mix And Cook Till Thick: Pour Over Apples In Jars And Cold Pack For 17 Min. Store And Use As Needed.
