  • 1 c. uncooked wild rice, rinsed
  •     (genuine Ojibwa if possible)
  • 1 c. uncooked quinoa, rinsed
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 4 x green onions, minced
  •     (white and pale green parts)
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1 tsp dry sage
  • 1/2 c. dry cranberries
  • 1/3 c. dry apricots, minced
  • 1/3 x minced pecans or possibly walnuts
  • 1/2 c. fresh orange juice, up to 3/4
  •     Salt to taste
