Ancho Chile Chips Recipe


  • 3 c. Peanut oil
  • 4 lrg Potatoes gaufrette cut
  • 1/2 c. Ancho chile pwdr
  •     Salt to taste


Heat Oil To 375 Degrees. Fry Potatoes, In Batches And Drain On Paper Towels. Immediately Toss With Ancho Pwdr And Salt. This Recipe Yields 4 Servings.
