Antipasto Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. white vinegar
  • 2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sweet basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 sliced cucumber
  • 1 minced green pepper
  • 1 can pitted olives
  • Lettuce bits
  • Provolone cheese strips
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Grated Romano cheese

Description

Boil All Dressing Ingredients Together. Cool. Marinate Cucumber, Green Pepper And Pitted Black Olives Overnight. Before Serving Add In Lettuce, Pepperoni And Cheeses.
