  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Pet lowfat milk
  • 2 c. apples, coarsely minced
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Description

Grease Muffin Tins. Mix All Ingredients; Mix In Apples And Nuts Last. Fill Muffin Tins 1/2 To 2/3 Full. Bake At 350 Degrees For Approximately 20 Min.
