Asian Broiled Fish Recipe


  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tsp chopped ginger root
  • 1 Tbsp. dry Sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 x fish filets such as cod or possibly halibut (6 ounce ea)


Combine Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Green Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Sherry And Sugar In Small Bowl. Brush Sauce Over Fish Then Broil Fish, Basting Every 1 To 2 Min, Till Fish Just Begins…
