Apricot Lime Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. apricot preserves
  • 1/2 c. fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1/3 c. fresh mint minced
  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. warm sauce
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Description

Heat Preserves In Saucepan Over Med-low Heat. Stir In Remaining Ingredients. Remove From Heat. Yield: 2 C. (serving Size: 1 Tablespoons)
