Aunt Glenna's Potato Bread Or Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cake yeast
  • 1 1/2 c. potato water
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. mashed potatoes
  • 2 large eggs or possibly 4 egg yolks, beaten
  • 7 to 8 c. flour

Description

This Dough Will Keep In Refrigerator For 1 Week. Pinch Off What You Want - Let Rise, Then Make Into Buns. Let Rise 1 Hour.Bake At 350 Degrees.
