Asian Pot Roast Recipe


  • 1 can chicken broth - (14 1/2 ounce)
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 4 x garlic cloves halved
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 lb lean boneless beef pot roast - (to 3 lbs),
  •     or possibly beef top round steak, trimmed of fat
  •     and
  •     cut into 3 or possibly 4 chunks
  • 2 lrg onions sliced, and
  •     separated into rings
  • 1/4 c. quick mixing flour, such as Wondra
