Asian Barbecued Ribs Recipe


  • 4 x Slabs baby back ribs (14 to 16 ounce each)
  • 6 x Star anise, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry tarragon
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. Rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 c. Chicken stock Or possibly low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
