- 3 Tbsp. Crystal ginger, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp Cumin, grnd
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise, yogurt or possibly lite lowfat sour cream
