• 9 slc Wholemeal or possibly granary bread
• 25 gm Butter or possibly margarine, (1oz)
• 1/2 x 185 g can tuna steak in brine, liquid removed (or possibly
• 50 gm Cooked, sliced ham) (2oz)
• 50 gm Cream cheese, (or possibly sliced cheese) (2oz)
• 1/2 tsp Marmite, (or possibly other savoury spread)
• 1 x 120 gram bag mixed salad or possibly lettuce leaves, washed
• 1 sm Red pepper, washed, deseeded and cut into thin strips, reserving a small pcs to make 2 eyes and a mouth
•     A few twiglets to garnish
• 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise, (1 to 2)
•     Alternatively, a French stick, thinly sliced can be used instead of cutting out rounds from a standard loaf
