Apricot Nectar Salad Recipe


  • 1 can (14-ounce) apricot nectar
  • 1 box (3-ounce) lemon gelatin
  • 1 box (3-ounce) orange gelatin
  • 1 can (20-ounce) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 x Bananas, mashed
  • 1 c. Minced pecans


Heat Nectar. Add In Gelatin And Stir Till Dissolved. Cold. Add In Pineapple, Bananas And Pecans. Pour Into 11x14 Pan. When Gelatin Is Set, Cut Into Squares And Serve. Serves 16-20…
