• 1 T sugar
• 2 T lowfat milk
• 4 medium apples, pared and cut into 8th's
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 egg yolk-slightly beaten or possibly
• 1 whole egg (reduce lowfat milk to 1 T)
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 1/2 T flour
• 2 T butter
