Antipasto Pickles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head sliced cauliflower
  • 3-4 carrots, sliced
  • 3-4 peppers, sliced
  • 3-4 stalks celery, sliced
  • 3-4 lg. onions, quartered
  • Whole mushrooms
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2-1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. wine vinegar
  • Salt, pepper & oregano to taste

Description

Put Together All Ingredients. Simmer Till Carrots Are Just Tender. Add In Garlic To Taste. Cool And Chill.
