- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 tsp Dry oregano
- 1 tsp Dry basil
- 1Â 1/2 lb Aubergine, washed/in 1/2"slices
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Warm extra virgin olive oil
- 1Â 1/2 lb Grnd chuck
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Soft bread crumbs, (1 slice)
- 1/4 c. Shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounce Mozzarella or possibly Provolone cheese
