Apricot Scones Recipe


  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Oat bran
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 x Egg, lightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 can (17oz) apricot halves,
  •     Liquid removed and minced


Preheat Oven To 400F. Combine Flour, Oat Bran, Sugar, Baking Pwdr And Salt. Cut In Butter Till Mix Resembles Fine Crumbs. Stir In Egg, Lowfat Milk And Apricots Just Till Dough…
