Antipasto Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 med. cauliflower, separated into sm. flowerets
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar sliced pimento
  • 2 (2 1/4 ounce) cans sliced ripe olives
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar Spanish olives, sliced
  • 1 med. onion, sliced & separated into rings
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, cut up
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. stick pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 (14 ounce) mild or possibly sweet cherry peppers, cut up

Description

Drain Well And Mix All Together. Toss With "Good Seasons" Italian Dressing. Do Not Use Too Much. I Use 1/2 To 3/4 Cruet. Marinate Overnight.
