  • 2 bn Kale, washed
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 med Onion, coarsely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 1/2 c. Chicken stock or possibly bouillon
  • 4 med Potatoes, quartered
  • 1 stalk celery, minced
  •     Lowfat sour cream (garnish)
