- 4 c. Diced, cooked chicken
- 4 c. Chicken broth
- 1Â 1/2 c. Diced celery
- 1 c. Diced cheese
- 1 lrg Onion, diced
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 can (10.75-ounce) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Water chestnuts (optional)
- 4 c. Cracker crumbs
Description
Combine All Ingredients Except 1 C. Cracker Crumbs. Pour Into Large Casserole. Top With Remaining Crumbs. Bake Uncovered At 350 For 45 Min. Serves 8-10.
