  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  •     Salt & freshly grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 dsh Nutmeg
  • 3 x Egg yolks
  • 1/4 lb Grated Swiss cheese
