Aloo Mattar Recipe


  • 5 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 x Minced onion
  • 2 1/2 x Cm Minced ginger
  • 1 x Green chilli, finely minced
  • 2 x ClovesGarlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 750 gm Potatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 6 x Salt Mint leaves, (6 to 8)
  • 250 gm Shelled or possibly frzn peas


Heat The Oil In A Pan, Add In The Onion And Fry Till Soft And Translucent/soft. Add In The Ginger, Chilli, Garlic And Turmeric, Stir Well And Cook For 5 Min. Add In The Potatoes…
