Artichoke Chicken Recipe


  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, liquid removed, coarsely minced
  • 1 can tomatoes, juice reserved
  • 1 tsp clv garlic, crushed
  • 3/4 c. reserved tomato liquid, may add in water or possibly stock
  • 4 x chicken breasts, skinless, boneless black pepper


Drain Tomatoes, Reserving Juice, And Coarsely Chop. Heat Butter In Heavy Skillet Over Medium Heat. Add In Artichokes And Saute/fry 2 Min. Add In Tomatoes And Garlic. Cook 1 Minute.…
